Scrambled States of America!

Dear Parkview Fifth Grade Families,

Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 20, 2017 and join the fourth graders at Parkview  Elementary when they present a recorder demonstration concert. The students will practice with a dress rehearsal during the day and are required to return for the evening program which will begin at 6:30 pm. Please have your student in their classroom at 6:15 pm so that we can take attendance and prepare for the evening show. 

Please join us in celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday by participating in the following school wide spirit days!

Monday, March 6:  One Fish, Two Fish

Wear something Red or Blue

Tuesday, March 7:  Fox in Socks

Wear crazy socks

Wednesday, March 8:  Wacky Wednesday

Wear your clothes backwards, inside out or mismatched

Thursday, March 9:  Green Eggs and Ham

All District 300 families must register their students for the upcoming 2017-2018 academic year through our online registration application. In order to successfully begin the registration process, parents and guardians of new students must have an email address on file with the school their child is zoned to attend. If you have not yet provided your email address, please call 224-484-2503.

The following documentation is required at Kindergarten registration:

1. A copy of a county issued Birth Certificate.

 “¡Get America Singing!”

Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 3, 2016 and join the second graders at Parkview Elementary when they present their fall musical, “Get America Singing!” The students will perform the musical during the day for the school and are required to return for the evening program which will begin at 6:30 pm. Please have your student in their classroom by 6:15 pm so that we can prepare for the evening show.

 Dear Parkview Families,

 Please review the information below to assist with preparing for the 2016-2017 school year.

 School Begins

August 16th First day of school for Kinder- Fifth grade.

August 17th First day of school for Pre- K.

Bell times are 8:00 a.m. -2:15 p.m. 

School Supply Drop-Off

Parkview’s School Supply Drop-Off will be August 12, 2016 from 1:30-3:00p.m. At this time you will be able to bring your school supplies and meet your classroom teacher
